NAMA DONATED Rs. 32,760 TO SUPPORT HALLEY LAITHANGBAM IN MR. INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION
NAMA Nov 20th, 2015: Mr. Halley Laithangbam, apopular model from Manipur is the winner of Mr. International India 2015. Mr.Laithangbam has come a long way and Manipur is absolutely honored to havesomeone like him. The North American Manipur Association (NAMA) is very proudof Mr. Laithangbam’s achievement.
In aneffort to meet the financial needs, Mr. Laithangbam has reached out to NAMA hopingthat NAMA can lend him a helping hand. Considering his genuine need forsupport, NAMA raised an amount of $500 (Rs. 32,760) in just 5 days and sentthis amount to Mr. Laithangbam.
Upon receipt of the money, Mr. Laithangbam stated,” I thank you my brothers & sisters who have been supporting mefinancially, mentally and for encouraging me with your endless love and care.Thank you for understanding my situation. That truly touched my heart. May thegood God shower his blessings upon you all”. Mr. Laithangbam left Imphal onMonday, Nov 16th for Philippines to take part in the competition. He will beproudly representing India at an interntional level. NAMA wishes him good luckfor his upcoming competition.
