Mr D.K. Singh & Mr.
Surjalal Sharma & the President Mr. Anil Sarma
especially highlighted about the formation of
the new Nama Organisational structure & its
amendments of constitution. After majority voting
the following members were elected:

Mrs. Renu Laishram
Mr. Doren Thangjam
Ms. Linthoi
Mrs.
Ruby Meitei
Some of the other important
issues were also discussed and clarified which
are stated as follows:
1. Every NAMA Convention
will be held on the July 4th in different
locations of North America.
2. It has been accepted that NAMA stands for

and not
"".
3. The new Executive Members will be responsible
for the following:

define the objectives/functions/directions of
NAMA,
-
define the function of each Executive post,
-
Plan for the next NAMA Convention.
4. Making the new NAMA website as a common platform
for sharing information and collaboration.
